Counseling for Therapists

Do you have space to process your life?

Despite being trained to provide that space for others, oftentimes therapists struggle to find the time or place to work through their own personal thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I am here to hold that space for you and be a neutral source as you devote time to focus on what’s going on with you. When we take time to process our experiences, not only do we begin to understand ourselves better, but we are given the opportunity to gain more empathy for our clients who do the same thing when they work with us. Utilizing our own personal therapy can allow us to show up to session with our clients as our best selves without carrying our “stuff” with us.

I have years of experience working with LPCs, LSWs/LCSWs, school counselors, private practice owners, therapists working towards licensure, neophyte therapists in school, and those who are considering higher ed in counseling/social work. Wherever you are in your career, I am here to meet you where you’re at and help you explore your own self-care.
