You’re certainly not alone! At different points in your life you may experience varying levels of anxiety and worry that you need help managing. Maybe you’re looking to make changes in your life, but feel paralyzed by fear. Or you could be tired of feeling tense and nervous when it comes to doing something new (or even everyday tasks).

My approach to anxiety in therapy is to work with you to separate anxious thinking from your identity. I want to learn more about your strengths and times that you faced fears and prevailed. We will also work together to learn about what anxiety is so that when it comes up we can name it and begin to increase our tolerance of uncertainty.
