This is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Multiple sessions per week may be available by request.

Couples Counseling
This is a time for couples to work on their relationship by trying out methods of communication, creating space for reconnection, or working towards an amicable separation. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly. Multiple sessions per week may be available by request.

Extended Sessions
Longer sessions may be available by request for individuals and couples.

Insurance & Sliding Scale
Out-of-Network Insurance
To protect your privacy, I have chosen not to work directly with insurance companies. By request, I can provide a monthly invoice (Superbill) for you to submit for Out-of-Network Benefits. It is dependent upon your insurance benefits if the claim is accepted. I do accept Health Savings Account benefits. To determine your Out-of-Network benefits, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card.
Here are some important questions you may ask:
Does my plan provide out-of-network reimbursement for mental health/substance use/couples counseling?
Am I covered to see a Licensed Professional Counselor?
Will you cover in-person and video/phone therapy sessions?
Is there a deductible I need to meet before you will start to reimburse me?
Is there a maximum amount you will reimburse within a year period of time?
What percentage will I be reimbursed?
Do I need a diagnosis on the statement I receive from my counselor?
Reduced Rates/Sliding Scale
